“Meet Dr. Ashwini Marathe – Your Partner in Health & Recovery”

I’m Dr. Ashwini Marathe, Doctorate in Physiotherapy with 18+ years of experience across USA & India. I specialize in two things:

1. Women’s health physiotherapy, helping moms-to-be, new mothers, and women with musculoskeletal or postpartum concerns regain strength, confidence, and mobility.

2. Orthopedic Rehabilitation: Joint pain, post surgical rehabilitation, posture related pain, post fracture, age related joint pain

I have appeared on TV and media to educate women on safe movement during pregnancy and postpartum as well as on musculoskeletal dysfunction.

 

My approach combines global evidence-based practice with personalized care, ensuring every patient feels strong, safe, and empowered.
